Customers give Amazon Fresh high marks for customer service
For the second year in a row, Newsweek partnered with Statista Inc. to uncover and highlight the companies with the best customer service in 2020. They conducted an independent survey of more than 20,000 U.S. customers who made purchases, used services, or gathered information about products or services across 160 categories in the past three years. Final rankings were based on Net Promoter Scores and five evaluation criteria including quality of customer service communication, professional competence, range of services, customer focus, and accessibility of customer service.
